Stratawest is a locally owned and operated small business that has thankfully been designated an essential service during the COVID-19 crisis. We have always prided ourselves in hiring and keeping the best people in the business. We are making every effort to do our civic duty of facilitating social distancing while supporting our clients and the more than 11,000 residents in the buildings we manage.

We are deeply proud of how our team of 32 employees has pulled together and risen to meet this unprecedented challenge and we’re confident that we can continue to provide the excellent support you have come to expect from us in the weeks and months ahead.

Below are some of the steps we have taken to continue to serve our clients while ensuring the health and safety of our employees, clients and communities:

• Our business remains operational – all of our Property Managers are equipped to work remotely, and our accounting and administration employees are on rotating shifts to reduce the number of people in our office at any given time. We are prioritizing payroll for building staff, as well as vendors and suppliers who are also providing essential services.
• We have restricted access to our office – we have reduced our office hours to 9am-4pm and have temporarily suspended acceptance of in-person payments for strata fees and other amounts owing to your strata. Please mail in your payment by cheque or money order or contact your Property Manager to make other arrangements for payment.
• We have continuity plans and resources in place –  ensuring we can continue to provide much-needed and essential services to our clients, including arrangements with our service partners in cleaning, concierge, security, waste and recycling and more.
• We continue to be available 24/7 – our after hours emergency live agent service will remain available via our main office line: 604-904-9595

We continue to monitor the ever-evolving COVID-19 situation and will continue to update this section with helpful resources for our clients for the duration of the crisis.
