Our professional property agents work with elected strata councils to ensure that each owner’s investment is secure and that the strata corporation complies with the legal requirements mandated by the Strata Property Act. We provide advice and oversight to assist the strata council to manage the financial affairs of the strata corporation, maintain effective administrative records and preserve the corporation’s assets and equipment.
