Surfside Florida & Structural Inspections

With heavy hearts, we have followed the news out of Surfside Florida after a condominium building partially collapsed, leading to many deaths.

It is too early to speculate on the cause(s) of the collapse, but there is no more timely a reminder of the importance of ensuring the structural integrity of your property than when a major catastrophe such as this occurs.  Our friends at HUB International have provided guidance and recommendations regarding the importance of ensuring structural issues are investigated promptly and regularly, and that adequate funding is put in place to assist Owners with ensuring repairs can be conducted whenever warranted.
